Music for Matt is an annual benefit concert to celebrate the life of Matt Costa. Our fifth and final concert will take place on November 9, 2013.
With support from our donors and attendees, we raise money for two causes in line with Matt’s spirit of service and adventure: The Peace Corps Volunteer Projects in Africa and The Costa Memorial Scholarship.
Matt was incredibly special to a lot of people. He had a unique way of forming true bonds with people from all walks of life. He was artistic, athletic, passionate, philosophical, smart, witty, wiry, and politically and globally engaged. Matt left us way too soon. He died in a boating accident on September 3, 2006 while serving the Peace Corps in Mali. We encourage you to learn more about Matt’s life here.
We truly hope you’re able to join us in celebrating Matt’s life.
We are a 501(c)(3) and your donations are tax-deductible.
